• Advanced experience using Claude, including structured prompting and using Claude as a thinking partner for problem-solving.
• Fluency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet) and ability to troubleshoot via AI tools.
• Natural instinct to document, build SOPs, optimize tasks, and remove redundancy.
• Exceptional verbal and written English skills with discretion for handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Audit, map out and streamline workflows, build systemized SOPs, and implement Claude AI to optimize daily administrative tasks.
• Improve cross-team collaboration, design executive dashboards, and organize a template repository for AI integration.
• Manage customer-facing dashboards for high visibility, ensure smooth onboarding, and assist leadership with marketing logistics.
