Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote, full‑time Operations Analyst to support practice operations. The role will collect data, conduct time studies, and act as an SME for process workflows. You will develop job aids and publish changes while coordinating across providers, teammates, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.

Strong communication, detail orientation, and time management are essential. Regular travel to facilities is required; Epic Workqueue experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 2 years' practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience preferred.
• Travel to other facilities required on a regular basis.
• Licensure/registration/certification: None required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for various process improvement activities and compares performance pre- and post-implementation.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on process workflows and develops job aids and published documents.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and trains teammates on operational systems.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.
• Facilitates change management for process and workflow changes for internal customers.
