Job summary

Advocate Health is recruiting for a remote position in the U.S. to support practice operations and data analytics. The role emphasizes data collection, time studies, and workflow development to drive efficiency across facilities.

The candidate will work with providers and managers, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed. An associate degree is required with 2+ years of related experience; Epic Workqueue experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical/clinical experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance before/after changes.
• Acts as a SME on aspects of practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents workflows and publishes standard operating procedures.
• Leads multiple projects concurrently and trains teammates on systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, teammates, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.
• Travel to other facilities as required.
