Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a detail-oriented practitioner to collect and analyze data across multiple projects, conduct time studies, and drive process improvements within a remote, Monday–Friday setup. The role supports providers and practice managers to implement changes and ensure smooth workflow adoption.

Requires an Associate Degree and 2+ years in practice operations (or 4 years in related clerical/clinical roles). Epic Workqueue experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical/clinical practice experience required.
• Epic Workqueue experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conduces time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance pre/post changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on operations workflows and publishes documented processes and job aids.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously and trains teammates on operational systems.
• Interacts with providers and practice managers to implement organizational goals.
• Travel to other facilities in teammate's vehicle is required.
