Job summary

Advocate Health seeks a dedicated Operations Specialist for full-time dayshift. This remote position supports practice operations and data analysis across states, including Pennsylvania, with a 40-hour work week.

The role requires an Associate Degree and 2 years of practice operations experience (or 4 years of related clerical or clinical experience). Epic Workqueue experience is a plus. You will collaborate with providers and managers to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2 years practice operations experience or 4 years of related clerical or clinical practice experience required.
• Associates Degree required.
• Epic Workqueue experience or Epic backend experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement activities and compares performance before and after changes.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on aspects of practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents process workflows, develops job aids, and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and facilitates change management for internal customers.
• Manages several projects simultaneously.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to meet organizational goals.
