• Epic Workqueue experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reviews, and analyzes data related to assigned projects.
• Conducts time studies for process improvement and compares pre/post implementation performance.
• Acts as a subject matter expert on aspects of practice operations and develops process workflows.
• Documents workflows, develops job aids, and publishes documents in an organized format.
• Uses critical thinking to evaluate readiness for change and supports change management for processes.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
• Trains teammates on operational systems and new functionality.
• Interacts with providers, team members, and practice managers to achieve goals.
