Job summary

Nelnet, Inc. seeks an organized Operations Analyst and Project Lead to plan and oversee programs and onboard new clients in a blended role. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and deliver on milestones while guiding clients through orientation and training to ensure a smooth start.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel to track metrics and onboarding data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education. 2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems. CRM software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and oversee various programs and initiatives to meet defined objectives and deadlines.
  • Program Monitoring: Track program progress and performance, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and issues are addressed promptly.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with team members, managers, and external partners to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Manage program budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout each project or initiative.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on program status, outcomes, and areas for improvement to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Client Orientation & Training: Conduct orientation sessions and organize training for new clients, introducing them to the company’s services, policies, and procedures for a clear onboarding experience.
  • Onboarding Documentation & Support: Prepare and maintain onboarding materials and provide ongoing support to new clients, addressing questions during initial engagement.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from new clients and incorporate their suggestions to continuously improve the onboarding process.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for tracking program metrics and client onboarding data.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience

2 years of experience in related field or commensurate education. 2 years of experience working within FACTS operating systems. CRM software experience preferred.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay range for this role is - $50,000 - $52,000
