Job summary

Nelnet is seeking an organized Operations Analyst and Project Lead to manage programs and oversee client onboarding. You will plan initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure programs meet goals while guiding new clients through orientation and training. Proficiency in Excel is essential for tracking metrics.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Excellent collaboration skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience or education.
• Experience with FACTS operating systems is preferred.
• CRM software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning and Execution: develop, implement and oversee programs to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Program Monitoring: track progress and address issues to meet milestones.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with team members, managers and partners for delivery.
• Budget Management: track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Reporting: prepare regular status and outcomes reports for leadership.
• Client Orientation & Training: conduct onboarding sessions and trainings for new clients.
• Onboarding Documentation & Support: prepare materials and provide ongoing support.
• Feedback and Improvement: gather client feedback to improve onboarding processes.
