Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in client implementation, onboarding, project coordination, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating multiple clients, projects, or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience leading client meetings, training sessions, or process walkthroughs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional activities, managing project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
• Experience in financial services, education technology, SaaS implementation, or a related industry preferred.
• Experience using project tracking tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for assigned client groups from signed agreement through go-live.
• Conduct kickoff calls, system configuration walkthroughs, and training sessions with group staff.
• Coordinate data collection, document validation, and system setup across internal teams.
• Maintain an accurate onboarding project plan for each client and communicate status proactively.
• Identify and resolve implementation blockers, escalating to the Program Manager or FSTC Manager when needed.
• Ensure each client meets all compliance and documentation requirements prior to launch.
• Facilitate a structured handoff to the assigned Account Manager upon program go-live.
• Contribute to the refinement of onboarding playbooks and training materials as the program scales.
