Job summary

Dash0 is hiring a Commercial Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor, bridging product and customer outcomes in enterprise environments. This US-based remote role involves designing, demonstrating, and validating Dash0’s capabilities, crafting POCs, and delivering tailored technical content for customers.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Product teams, support observability architecture discussions, and contribute to demos and reference architectures.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies
• Translate complex customer requirements into scalable, performant Dash0 implementations
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept that highlight Dash0's differentiated technical capabilities
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations tailored to engineering and executive audiences
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice
• Provide architecture guidance on observability setup, telemetry data modeling, and OpenTelemetry collector design
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates
• Contribute to technical content — blog posts, conference talks, and documentation that drive community engagement
