Job summary

Dash0 is hiring an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical advisor for our largest customers. You will design, demonstrate, and validate Dash0's OpenTelemetry-native observability platform in real-world enterprise environments.

You will partner with Sales and Product to deliver POCs, guide observability architecture discussions, and ensure customers realize the full technical value. This US-based remote role requires business travel and can be based anywhere on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• Deep technical knowledge in Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, observability pipelines, and distributed tracing.
• Hands-on experience with instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of modern DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex observability concepts to engineers and executives.
• Ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs that prove business value.
• Collaborative mindset across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate enterprise requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs showcasing Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to engineering and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Execs to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance for observability setup and telemetry modeling.
• Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Offer technical insights to Product Management to influence roadmap.
