Job summary

Dash0 is building an OpenTelemetry-native, AI-centric observability platform. As a Commercial Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our largest customers, bridging product and customer outcomes with proofs of concept, architecture discussions, and hands-on demonstrations.

This US-based remote role requires travel and can be based anywhere on the East Coast, with a preference for Boston or NYC.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands-on instrumentation and performance optimization of telemetry data.
• Proven ability to create and execute technical demos, architectures, and POCs.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions leveraging OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute POCs that highlight Dash0's capabilities.
• Deliver engaging technical demos and presentations for engineers and execs.
• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to position Dash0 as the solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance on observability setup and data modeling.
• Create and maintain reusable demo environments and reference architectures.
