Job summary

Dash0 is seeking a Commercial Solutions Engineer (remote, US-based) to bridge product and customer outcomes in observability. You will design and validate Dash0's technical capabilities in real-world environments, deliver impactful proofs of concept, and guide architecture discussions with customers and internal teams.

You will work with sales and product to showcase Dash0's differentiated tech, provide architecture guidance on telemetry, and create compelling demos for engineers and executives

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and observability pipelines.
• Hands-on instrumentation, telemetry data ingestion, and performance optimization.
• Strong DevOps/SRE practices and platform engineering familiarity.
• Ability to create and run POCs, architectures, and technical demos for both engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tech.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
• Develop and execute Proofs of Concept highlighting Dash0 capabilities.
• Deliver technical demos/presentations for engineering and executive audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives to position Dash0 as the technical solution of choice.
• Provide architecture guidance on observability setup and data modeling.
• Create reusable demo environments, reference architectures, and POC templates.
• Contribute technical content to blogs, talks, and docs.
