Job summary

Endsight is seeking an IT Help Desk Engineer to join our Response Center in Napa. You’ll deliver remote IT support across multiple platforms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service-first responses that restore order quickly.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in IT help desk and 3+ years in MSP environments, strong customer service, and the ability to juggle priorities while communicating clearly. Travel to local client sites or the Napa office may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum IT Help Desk experience
• 3+ years IT MSP experience
• Strong aptitude for customer service
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
• Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and current driver's license
• Respond to emergency situations effectively and maintain poise
