Qualifications

• 2–3 years in an MSP or IT service desk.
• Hands-on with Windows 10/11, Server 2016–2022, AD, M365, Exchange.
• Familiarity with RMM/PSA tools for monitoring and tickets.
• Strong client communication and user-facing support experience.
• OS deployment, patch management, malware removal, event logs.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 2 tickets with advanced troubleshooting.
• Provide remote and on-site end-user support.
• Onboard/offboard users; manage accounts in AD, M365, Google.
• Support Windows Server, AD, Exchange, file servers; VPNs and LAN/WAN.
• Implement security measures: antivirus, patches, alerts, remediation.
• Use RMM/PSA tools to monitor systems and document work.
• Keep IT documentation and knowledge base up to date.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and assist IT projects.
