Job summary

Entre Technology Services is seeking an Engineer I/II/III to deliver integrated IT support for small and medium businesses across Montana and beyond. You will assist the service desk, handle escalations, and work on multiple IT projects while maintaining high standards of customer service.

The role requires 3–7+ years in helpdesk/field support, strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, and security, plus willingness to travel for client visits.

Qualifications

• Desktop Support: 3-7 years experience (required).
• Customer Service experience in IT support.
• Experience with Windows Server administration and backups.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive and proactive desktop/server/network support for clients.
• Document time entries and service tickets accurately.
• Assist with onsite and remote IT projects and escalations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
• Travel to client sites for onsite visits and projects as needed.
