Job summary

Endsight, a Napa-based MSP, seeks an IT Strategy Consultant (CSMs) to oversee a client portfolio and act as a technical and consultative resource. The role blends remote check-ins with onsite visits within 35 miles of Napa, CA, supporting clients with IT strategy and implementation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical account management or IT leadership, strong cloud/infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to translate tech concepts for executives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Technical Account Management, IT Consulting, vCIO, or IT leadership roles
• Experience with IT budgeting and technology roadmap development
• Experience presenting to C-level executives
• Experience with ROI analysis and communicating value
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Strong knowledge of Cloud and Infrastructure technologies
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
• Able to collaborate as part of a team and respond to emergencies effectively

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of clients, serving as a technical and consultative resource
