Qualifications

• 2 years’ retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience for pharmacy or health services-related industry preferred
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinic, and hospital communities
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement and PBM drug benefits
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Proficient in data entry and CRM systems
• Must be a team player with minimal supervision
• Ability to work with percentages and statistical concepts
• Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated territory with education and care coordination for prescribers and Onco360 products/services
• Act as single point of contact to assist prescribers in evaluating referrals and coordinating care
• Collaborate with outside sales and OPS to meet prescriber experience and sales goals
• Meet designated call expectations with top targets, influencers, and pipeline leads
• Identify and develop key oncology practice and hospital-based relationships
• Coordinate with field sales for timely prescription renewals and care continuity
• Forward clinical questions to Staff Pharmacists and document updates in CRM
• Support prescriber offices with prior authorizations and issue resolution
• Use SPOC Tool to process prescriptions quickly across workflow
• Ensure clear communication of drug launches and key product messages
