Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking an Inside Sales Representative - Oncology for a fully remote role. The position focuses on educating prescribers and coordinating care for oncology products, with a balance of account management and direct outreach.

The role targets physicians, NPs, PAs, and pharmacy staff in hospital and community oncology settings. Base salary ranges from $55k to $70k annually, with additional commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy or sales experience in a health services field.
• Experience in oncology sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with oncology providers, drugs, clinics, and hospital networks.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage a designated territory to educate prescribers about Onco360 products and services.
• Act as a single point of contact to assist prescribers in evaluating referrals and coordinating care.
• Collaborate with field sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Maintain prescriber care coordination notes in the CRM and ensure excellent patient experience.
