Job summary

Onco360 is seeking an Inside Sales Representative – Oncology. This fully remote role focuses on developing and managing a designated territory to educate prescribers and coordinate care for Onco360 products and services.

You will serve as a single point of contact, collaborating with outside sales to meet service and sales goals. Candidates should have 2 years in retail or specialty pharmacy tech roles and 2 years in pharmacy or health-services sales.

Qualifications

• Two years’ retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Two years inside or outside sales experience in pharmacy or health services preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Excellent probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, clinics, and hospital communities.
• Understanding of oncology drug reimbursement, Managed Care Medical Specialty and PBM drug benefits.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Effective in diverse teams and capable of independent work.
• Proficient in data entry, verbal skills, computer skills, and CRM software.
• Team player who supports organizational goals with minimal supervision.
• Able to respond to inquiries from customers, employees, or senior management.
• Able to work with mathematical concepts and apply percentages, ratios, and proportions.
• Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow designated prescriber territory and educate on Onco360 products.
• Coordinate with field sales to achieve regional sales targets.
• Manage prescriber relationships to improve loyalty and retention.
• Facilitate prescriber communications preferences and care coordination.
• Assist with prior authorizations and timely renewal communications.
• Document updates in CRM with accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy OPS and outside sales to improve prescriber experience.
• Ensure service levels and patient care continuity are maintained.
