Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is hiring an Inside Sales Territory Director (Remote) to develop and manage a designated territory, educating prescribers and coordinating care for all Onco360 products and services. The role blends account management with proactive outreach to physicians, NPs, PAs, and hospital oncology teams.

This is a home-based position with minimal travel, offering a base salary of $55k-$70k annually plus commission and requiring strong consultative sales skills, oncology

Qualifications

• 2 years retail or specialty pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• 2 years inside or outside sales experience in pharmacy or health services preferred.
• Oncology sales experience desired but not required.
• Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills.
• Familiar with oncology providers, drugs, and hospital communities.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and coordinate with field sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a designated territorial book of prescribers with a focus on education and care coordination.
• Act as single point of contact, assisting prescribers in evaluating referrals and ensuring service levels.
• Collaborate with outside sales to meet prescriber experience and sales goals.
• Identify and develop key oncology practice and hospital relationships within the region.
• Support prescription renewals and prior authorizations in coordination with operations.
• Document CRM updates for each customer interaction and maintain accurate notes.
