Job summary

GSK seeks a Patient Access Manager to act as field-based SPOC for providers and patients across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and enrollment in GSK services, ensuring compliant, patient-centered support.

You will educate on payer coverage, prior authorization processes, and cost-sharing while coordinating with back-office teams and documenting all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or navigating insurance verification and access criteria.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP office staff, providing approved information on oncology care, including benefit discussions and program resources.
• Support patient enrolment in GSK services, guiding through enrolment requirements and consent capture.
• Educate patients on coverage outcomes, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options within program rules.
• Document all interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud in line with program standards and HIPAA requirements.
• Coordinate with Payer Account Managers, Specialty Pharmacy Account Directors, and Oncology Sales teams.
