Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC, guiding providers and patients through onboarding, access, and ongoing phases of therapy within the Oncology portfolio.

The role entails education on benefit discussions, enrollment assistance for PAP, and coordination with back-office benefits teams, with emphasis on HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, educating on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Assist with enrollment in GSK services, including PAP, and guide through enrollment requirements and consent.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud per program standards.
• Report adverse events and maintain HIPAA-compliant communications.
