Job summary

GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based SPOC, guiding providers and patients through onboarding, coverage, and program support across the Oncology portfolio. The position requires 3+ years in reimbursement or patient access, 20% travel, and a BA/BS with preferred advanced degree. Remote work within the territory is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience combined in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, helping patients and providers navigate insurance verification, prior authorization requirements, and access criteria.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff, providing approved oncology information and education on benefit discussions and program resources.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products using approved materials.
• Support access case resolution at the office level and explain benefit investigation outcomes and prior authorization processes.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and internal benefits teams for case handling and escalation as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and maintain accurate records.
