Job summary

Responsibilities

Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP office staff with oncology care guidance.
Educate on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
Assist enrollment in GSK services and coordinate with back-office teams.
Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Identify access barriers and escalate to specialist teams as needed.
Maintain compliant, accurate records across program systems.
