Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to act as the field-based SPOC for providers, patients, and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing support while coordinating coverage, reimbursement, and program resources.

In this non-promotional role, you will educate on payer policies, support enrollment in PAP and assistance programs, and ensure compliant, coordinated communication with documentation in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in field reimbursement or related areas.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC guiding patients, caregivers, and HCP staff through onboarding and ongoing access journey.
• Educate on coverage, coding, and payment policies; support enrollment in patient assistance programs.
• Document interactions in CRM and coordinate with back-office teams and escalation paths.
• Report adverse events and ensure HIPAA/compliance in all activities.
