Job summary

GSK US seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as a field-based SPOC for providers, patients, and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access and ongoing treatment navigation while coordinating coverage, coding, and payment questions.

The role requires up to 20% travel, HIPAA compliance, and documentation in Salesforce Health Cloud; close collaboration with Specialty Pharmacy, REMS vendors, and Benefits Specialists to resolve access barriers and support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in oncology patient navigation, access and reimbursement preferred.
• Experience navigating insurance verification and prior authorization.
• CRM/case-management experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information and education on oncology-specific care and program resources.
