Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or helping patients navigate insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP office staff, providing approved information on oncology-specific care and program resources.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Support patient enrollment in GSK services and guide offices through enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure data separation between patient-facing and account-facing activities.
