Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for providers and patients, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey within the Oncology portfolio.

You will educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies, support PAP enrollment, and help offices understand benefit investigations, prior authorization, and appeal pathways while coordinating with internal teams. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or related areas.
• Willing to travel up to 20% with valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing approved information on oncology care and cost discussions.
• Assist patient enrollment in GSK services, including PAP, guiding enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options within program rules.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and Benefits Specialists as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records in line with program standards.
