Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on oncology coverage and program resources.
• Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options.
• Assist enrollment in patient support programs and guide through consent and enrollment requirements.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM per program standards.
• Interface with payer teams and oncology sales to resolve access barriers and payer questions.
