Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCP staff; provide approved information on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support patient enrollment in programs (PAP) and guide enrollment requirements and consent capture.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM per program standards.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, GSK Response Center, REMS vendors and Benefits Specialists for patient care and tracking.
• Adhere to HIPAA, privacy, and compliance guidelines in all activities.
