Responsibilities

  • Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding access, enrollment, and coverage education.
  • Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
  • Assist with prior authorization and appeals processes and explain outcomes.
  • Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case management records.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office Benefits Specialists as needed.
