Job summary

You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey, focusing on coverage, coding, and payment questions after prescribing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, family, and provider staff on access and coverage.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Support enrollment in PAP and guide through requirements.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Escalate complex payer issues to the specialist access function and leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and privacy in all activities.
