Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is hiring a Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for patients and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio within the US. This field-based role guides onboarding, coverage discussions, and access support, ensuring patients start and stay on therapy while aligning with HIPAA and compliance requirements.

You'll educate providers on payer policies, manage enrollment and prior authorizations, and coordinate with back-office teams to resolve barriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
• Willing to travel up to 20% and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients and providers on access and enrollment.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Guide enrollment in PAP and assist with prior authorization processes.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain records.
• Escalate complex payer issues to leadership.
