Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or helping navigate insurance verification and prior authorization.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, educating on oncology care and program resources.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolution and communicate benefit investigations, prior authorization, and appeal requirements.
• Document interactions and cases in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain accurate records.
