Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks a Patient Access Manager to serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide enrollment, discuss coverage and payment options, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy and back-office teams to ensure continuous therapy access.

You will educate offices on benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate case documentation across Salesforce Health Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Assist in resolving access cases and explain outcomes to offices.
• Identify barriers and escalate to specialized access teams and leadership.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and adhere to SOPs.
