Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to serve as the field-based primary contact for patients and providers within the Oncology portfolio. The PAM guides onboarding, access and ongoing treatment journey, coordinating enrollment, coverage questions, and reimbursement support while maintaining compliant, HIPAA-conscious interactions.

This role requires 3+ years in access/navigation fields, a Bachelor's degree, and up to 20% travel with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access/navigation roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff across oncology access programs and provide approved information.
• Educate on coverage, cost-sharing and patient assistance programs.
• Assist enrollment in GSK services (PAP) and guide offices through enrollment requirements.
• Document activities and interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud per program standards.
