Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to serve as the field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and providers across oncology programs. You will guide onboarding, navigation through coverage, and ongoing support, ensuring compliant, accurate documentation and coordination with back-office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related access roles.
• Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field-based SPOC for patients, caregivers, and providers on coverage, reimbursement, and access questions.
• Educate patients on coverage, cost-sharing, and financial assistance options within program guidelines.
• Guide patients through enrollment requirements and access program processes.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and maintain accurate records.
