Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or insurance/navigation support.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% including overnights.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff to provide approved information on oncology care and benefits.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Support access case resolution, including prior authorization and appeals processes.
• Document interactions and manage cases in Salesforce Health Cloud per program standards.
