Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager (PAM) to serve as the field-based, single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey, including enrollment in GSK services and coordination with back-office teams for BI/Prior Authorization and coverage questions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or navigating insurance verification and prior authorization.
Travel up to 20% including overnights; valid driver's license.
Ability to work remotely within assigned territory or travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Serve as the SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding on oncology care, benefits, and program resources.
Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK oncology products.
Assist with access case resolution and explain benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeal pathways.
Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud/CRM and maintain compliant, confidential records.
