Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management or related access roles.
• Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization processes is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and manage territory flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff on access, coverage and program information.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and patient support programs.
• Facilitate enrollment and navigate enrollment requirements across programs.
• Document interactions and manage cases in CRM per program standards.
• Escalate complex payer issues to specialists and leadership.
