Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or access navigation.
• Willing to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP offices on coverage and access.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies using approved materials.
• Guide patients through enrolment in PAP and other GSK services.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data privacy.
