Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for patients, caregivers, and providers across the Oncology portfolio, guiding onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey. You will educate patients on coverage outcomes, assist with enrollment, and coordinate with back-office teams within program rules.

The role emphasizes payer discussions, adherence to HIPAA and compliance, and collaboration with Specialty Pharmacy and REMS vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs or related areas.
• Travel up to 20%, including overnights; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, providing oncology-specific benefit and program information.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolution, explain benefit outcomes and prior authorizations, and escalate issues as needed.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
