Job summary

GSK seeks a field-based Patient Access Manager to serve as the primary contact for consented patients and caregivers within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing care, navigating coverage, coding, and payment questions for providers and patients in the territory.

You will educate offices on payer policies, manage enrollment through PAP programs, and coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and back-office Benefits Specialists to support BI/BV

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience, or access roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (overnights) and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers, and HCP staff, guiding onboarding and access processes.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for oncology products.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records with HIPAA compliance.
