Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for providers and patients across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, coverage, and reimbursement while maintaining HIPAA and compliance.

This role supports access, coding, and payment questions after a prescribing decision is made. You will educate offices on payer processes, assist with prior authorizations, and route complex issues to the appropriate experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, or access programs.
• Travel up to 20% with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and patients on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies.
• Manage access cases, prior authorizations, and appeals pathways.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM.
• Escalate complex payer issues to specialists and leadership.
