GSK is seeking a Patient Access Manager to serve as the field-based single point of contact for providers, patients, and caregivers across the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey while coordinating with back-office teams on coverage, coding, and payment questions.

The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant handling of patient data, education on coverage outcomes, and collaboration with payer and Specialty Pharmacy teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or access navigation.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SPOC for patients, caregivers and HCPs on oncology access and reimbursement processes.
• Educate on payer coverage, coding, payment policies, and patient support programs.
• Assist with enrollment, prior authorization, appeals, and enrollment documentation.
• Document interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud and maintain case records.
• Escalate access barriers to specialist teams and leadership.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant, compliant handling of patient data.
