Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Patient Access Manager to act as the field-based single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers within the Oncology portfolio. You will guide onboarding, access, and ongoing treatment journey while navigating coverage, reimbursement, and provider inquiries.

This role requires 3+ years in access-related areas, travel up to 20%, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in field reimbursement, hub case management, patient experience programs, or related areas.
• Travel up to 20%, including overnights.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the field-based SPOC for patients and caregivers, guiding enrollment and program navigation.
• Educate provider offices on payer coverage, coding, and payment policies for GSK Oncology products.
• Support access case resolution and explain benefit investigation outcomes to offices.
• Document all interactions in Salesforce Health Cloud / CRM and maintain compliance with SOPs and privacy rules.
• Coordinate with Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Information, and other teams to support patient journeys.
