Job summary

Natera is seeking an Account Manager to drive adoption and growth of its oncology testing portfolio across oncology centers, universities, general hospitals, and outpatient clinics in the United States. You will report to the National Director of Sales and collaborate with distributors to achieve volume and revenue targets.

The role is remote within the territory, with up to 80% travel to meet customers and partner with distributor representatives, building long-term partnerships with healthcare

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
4+ years of sales, strategic account management, or business development in healthcare.
Experience in oncology or diagnostics is preferred.
Strong collaboration with distributors and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement territory account strategy with a focus on oncology centers, universities, hospitals, and clinics.
Achieve or exceed volume and revenue targets within the territory.
Act as trusted advisor to healthcare providers and support distributor relationships.
Monitor market dynamics and share insights with leadership to refine strategies.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA/PHI and maintain accurate records in CRM.
