Job summary

Caris Life Sciences, Ltd. is seeking an Oncology Account Executive to drive strategic growth in Connecticut, with remote work options.

You will build relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and healthcare stakeholders, advancing tumor profiling solutions and ensuring excellent customer experience from order to report delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of oncology or molecular diagnostics sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to navigate payer dynamics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and territory growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across oncology clinics and pathology labs.
• Provide consultative guidance on billing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain CRM documentation.
• Support meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
