Job summary

Caris Life Sciences, Inc. is seeking an Oncology Account Executive for the Arizona East region.

You will lead customer-facing sales efforts, driving growth with oncologists, pathologists, and hospital stakeholders through consultative selling and strong relationship management. The role emphasizes expanding existing accounts, onboarding new clinics, and supporting adoption of Caris molecular profiling solutions, with regular travel and collaboration across regional leadership and client services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting and value-based selling.
Position Caris as a preferred provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
Analyze territory opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate CRM documentation.
